An Applicant Must Either:

• Have screen credits in three [3] NIFCO films or;
• Have screen credits in six [6] non-NIFCO films or;
• Present at a general meeting, a film they have produced or directed or;
• Have attended four general meetings, two of them consecutively.

All members are eligible to vote in the annual election to officers, or to run for the Board of Directors.  Any member may propose changes in policy, amendments to the rules or bylaws, co-op activities, etc.

All NIFCO equipment is available for use by any member, providing that the member can demonstrate competence in the use of that equipment.
